Opioid addiction is a health crisis that threatens many communities. If you are addicted to heroin, prescription pain medication or fentanyl, LESC offers outpatient and residential treatment programs in New York City that can help each person, no matter where they’re coming from, get the treatment they need. You'll be supported by expert clinicians, counselors and a community of peers in every stage of recovery.
We're ready to help, not judge you. Our opioid treatment programs provide the right mix of Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) and personal support to help you begin your journey to recovery. You'll be treated as a whole person, not just a disorder, as you create a better, healthier life.
Our outpatient Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) program helps adults adapt to treatment for stabilization as they continue to lead productive lives. Clients may also complete the optional tapering phase, then continue with monthly support from the program.
Short Stay residential Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) program provides a consistent and focused residential environment designed to stabilize recovery over a 6-9 month period before returning to outpatient treatment.
Long Stay residential Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) program is designed for adults with a sustained substance use history which includes opiate dependence to taper to abstinence at a clinically appropriate pace. The 18-month program also helps them develop new skills for returning to their families and communities.
Expectant mothers residential program combines Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) and prenatal care to help residents deliver a healthy baby. After giving birth, mothers continue treatment while in residence with their new babies.
Everyone’s journey in recovery is specific and unique to them which is why our person-centered approach to addiction therapy is nonjudgmental and personalized for your specific needs. Our individual and group therapy sessions are facilitated by experienced staff in a warm, respectful and safe environment. As part of our holistic approach to treatment we also offer psychiatric services, Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) and services for family members affected by the substance use of a loved one. It is our goal to work with you to achieve your goals for a more fulfilling, balanced, healthier life.
