Questions:
Love, Energy, Safety, Compassion. Which one resonates with you most and why?
Safety resonates with me the most. When individuals feel safe and secure—physically, emotionally, and mentally—they’re empowered to focus on healing, growth, and self-improvement. A foundation of safety creates the space for everything else to flourish.
What is your favorite part of being the Project Coordinator at Pencer House at LESC?
I take pride in resolving issues whenever possible and contributing to the ongoing improvement of the building. Whether it’s addressing tenant concerns or enhancing the supportive housing facility’s operations, I enjoy being part of a team that works toward creating a safer, more supportive environment for everyone.
What motivates you to do your work every day at LESC?
I’m driven by a strong internal work ethic and a genuine desire to make a difference. Each day, I’m motivated by the opportunity to support others, contribute to a meaningful mission, and grow both personally and professionally. Working hard comes naturally when I know my efforts have a real impact.
Can you share a memorable moment or achievement from your time at LESC that you’re particularly proud of?
One of the most meaningful experiences I had at LESC was assisting a tenant in organizing their personal affairs during their final days at Pencer House. It was a deeply human moment—helping them find peace and dignity as they prepared to say goodbye. Being able to offer support and compassion during such a vulnerable time is something I’ll always carry with me.
