Love, Energy, Safety, Compassion: Which one resonates with you most, and why?
Safety resonates with me the most because ensuring the safety of our clients with chronic mental health concerns in the Continuing Day Treatment (CDT) Program is the foundation for resilient recovery.
What is your favorite part of working at LESC?
Being part of a larger team and making a difference every day for those who need care the most.
What motivates you to do your work every day at LESC?
The clients see the program as their second home, and I’m motivated by their willingness to engage, discuss, and resolve issues each day.
Can you share a memorable moment or achievement from your time at LESC that you’re particularly proud of?
Collaborating with the team to create a theme song that clients can sing to remind themselves of the hope they carry.
