Making Your Recovery Journey a Collaborative Effort

Attaining freedom from opioid dependence takes love, energy, safety, and compassion. We fully understand that, in many instances, there are a variety of barriers that could make it more challenging for you to achieve recovery. At LESC, we address those barriers head on. Our Medication for Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD) treatment programs are customized to address the needs of a diverse client population with contributing concerns, including:

• Language barriers
• Mild mental health concerns
• Secondary substance use problems (co-occurring disorders)
• Health concerns (such as HIV/AIDS and hepatitis)
• Involvement with the criminal justice system
• Relapse
• Homelessness

Nothing should stop you from pursuing a full recovery, and our outpatient opioid treatment programs can help you tackle whatever is holding you back from a resilient recovery.

Outpatient and Residential Opioid and Substance Use Treatment Programs in New York City

Since love is at the core of everything we do at LESC, we offer medication-assisted treatment programs that are rooted in compassion, understanding, and a commitment to holistic healing.

Our medication-assisted treatment programs are crafted with you in mind. This collaborative process involves you, your dedicated clinician, and our interdisciplinary medical team, ensuring that your path to healing is both individualized and supported.

What to Expect From Our Outpatient Medication-Assisted Treatment Options

Opioid addiction is a serious health crisis that affects countless communities. If you're dealing with addiction to substances like heroin, opioids, prescription pain medications, alcohol, or fentanyl, LESC is here for you with open arms and genuine compassion.

Medication for Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD), or Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), is a proven and FDA-approved method for tackling substance use disorders. This treatment combines medications with behavioral counseling and therapy, offering a strong foundation for those battling addiction. Medications such as methadone, buprenorphine, or naltrexone work to reduce cravings and withdrawal symptoms, making the path to recovery smoother.

With our outpatient drug treatment programs right in the heart of New York City, we're ready to support you regardless of your background. Our team of skilled clinicians, counselors, and a community of peers will be here to walk you through every step of your recovery journey.

While our outpatient services can be beneficial, our residential programs provide a more structured approach to healing. If you're looking for more comprehensive support, explore our residential opioid treatment options and find the path that best suits your needs.
