Wellness In Motion is a community based wellness approach designed to attract and interest New Yorkers with:

• Easy access to reduce barriers
• No charge for services and treatment
• A comfortable and safe space
• The belief that recovery and wellness are truly possible

Wellness In Motion targets addicts living in the high-risk communities of, but not limited to, the Lower Eastside, Far West Village and Chinatown who chronically relapse, are hard-to-reach and are often homeless. We will specifically serve an at-risk population including MSM’s, substance abusers, those who are LGBT, Latina’s, and sex workers (both male and female).

     

Wellness In Motion positions our mobile clinic in the immediate vicinity where substance abusers congregate, work and use. We aim to put our services In Motion where we can engage and encourage substance abusers with our mobile services, and enroll them in appropriate treatment to launch their journeys toward wellness, recovery and hope.

          
     
These services are provided in an easily accessible mobile unit in an effort to serve our target population where they are, both physically and emotionally, and to assist and support their recovery journeys.   
   

Hours of Service: 6PM to 11PM (Mon-Sat)
